Bad day Bad day Bad day Bad day!!!!!! Its has been getting worse each day i jus screw up my training yesterday and today yesterday is becos of tireness and today is becos of sth else at least my point get through lah i think that is wat matters in the end.

It jus so happen that i dun even noe wat im thinking rite now my mind dunno wat to decide on wat to believe wat to trust wat to do. Many have share the same POV but dunno y i jus cant accept it into my mind is it i stubborn or do i trust myself more than i trust them where i dun even understand myself.

Am i goin to continue to be like this wat options do i have this time, wat will i face. This is not a crossroad anymore its a multiple split way each leads to a disatreous outcome.
